The Broome Fishing Club was established in the early nineteen eighties and has evolved significantly from its initial meetings in the caravan. The club now has a full club house and a myriad of fun activities for all of its members. The club has a large community presence and is a strong supporters of sustainable fishing practices and fisheries throughout the Kimberley region.

Cockburn Power Boats Club

Cockburn Power Boats has a long history that dates back to 1961 with a move to our current location and the opening of the new clubhouse in 1983. While new to the game fishing community club members have actively fished line class competitions for many years. The aim for the club is to expand the opportunity for members to participate in the many facets of game fishing and to provide an opportunity for those who have no previous experience a safe and friendly enviroment to have some fun and learn along the way.

Exmouth Game Fishing Club

Exmouth Game Fishing Club was formed by keen fishermen in the early 1970's and currently boasts a membership of over 250. The Club is pro active in the preservation and conservation of Billfish and the club's tag and release program is testament to the fact. At the time of writing Exmouth Game Fishing Club can lay claim to 147 record Gamefish captures of State, Australian and World record categories covering 28 species as recognised by Game Fishing Association of Australia.

Fremantle Sailing Club

Fremantle Sailing Club - Game Fishing

Fremantle Sailing Club has a membership of 2,800 and is very diverse with 11 Sections. The Game Fishing Section was formed in 1973 with some 60 active anglers. The Section holds the prestigious 'Blue Marlin Classic' on the long weekend in March each year. The winner of this Tournament earns an invite to the Offshore World Championships. The Section has participated in HIBT for the past 30 years. Persons interested in being part of a great Club are welcome to Game Fishing meetings at 7.30pm on the 1st Thursday of each month.

The Geraldton and District Offshore Fishing Club was first established in 1985. The Club started with approximately 25 members. In 1991 through the efforts of the club members and the generosity of the Geraldton City Council, the present club premises were constructed on the city's foreshore.

Jurien Bay Anglers

Jurien Bay Anglers is a newly formed and incorporated fishing club on the Turquoise Coast of Western Australia. It is a club formed by passionate anglers with a wide range of angling experience across Western Australia.

The aim of the club is to bring anglers together from all age groups, to share the passion of recreational fishing in a family friendly atmosphere. The coastline and waters off Jurien Bay are pristine, with a unique and diverse range of species of fish able to be caught. The club intends to promote the local recreational fishery through events and competitions to bring anglers from across the state to the area.

Game Fishing, in particular Billfishing, has always been available off the coast of Jurien Bay, however recent captures and media attention has highlighted the range of Pelagics that can be captured in the area at the right times of the year. Jurien Bay Anglers aim to promote local Game Fishing and are proud to recently become affiliated with WAGFA. Jurien Bay Anglers undertake to work closely with WAGFA and the other affiliated clubs to promote ethical and sustainable Game Fishing and introduce as many prospective anglers to the sport as possible.

King Bay Gamefishing Club started in the late 70's in the Dampier Archipelago and has been going strong ever since with a strong member base that still has a lot of original members as well as new members joining regularly.

Our club promotes social interaction between members of the club and their guests with the option of taking advantage of the use of our Club Shack Accommodation out in the Dampier Archipelago available to all financial members and there guests through bookings.

Perth Game Fishing Club (PGFC)

Perth Game Fishing Club (PGFC) was formed in 1949 by a group of some 20 individuals who enjoyed a common interest in game fishing and had boats which could venture to Rottnest Island and beyond. Originally known as the West Australian Game Fishing Association (WAGFA), the club changed its name to PGFC allowing WAGFA to function as the peak state body representing game fishing.
